Then I went to a bite on weekends only - ie. a scone at the coffeehouse on Fridays. Weight melted away with the 80-90% elimination of gluten and wheat.
THEN I eliminated it for 30 days - JOINT pain went away!

Perhaps this dairy farmer's daughter should pen a book titled ...Milk Bones ....(dogs would love it) and let the world know how pasteurized milk actually creates an acidic environment, and thus the body draws calcium from the bones in order to counter the acidity. Broccoli and dark green leafy vegetables are the best source for calcium. Almond milk out scores dairy in calcium uptake as well.
Cut the wheat, drain the milk and you are well on your way to a healthier you!
