This may sound way too simple to be true, but I ask, what IF this could change your life? Eliminate the acidic/oxygen robbing foods from your diet, and replace with oxygen promoting foods - PLANT based foods. Unprocessed. Raw as much as possible. Juicing - even more important if you are in quite poor health. Smoothies is another way to uptake a lot of plant nutrients in an efficient many with less of your vegetables and fruits going into compost.
Artificial sweeteners have a considerable influence on auto immune and promote symptoms experienced by people diagnosed with such "diseases". I hesitate to use the word disease as in actuality it is a SYMPTOM. The medical establishment likes to use the word disease, as it allows them to treat with medicines, and of course pharmaceuticals are a huge income opportunity for hospitals and clinics. When I hear of clients describe their afflictions, what they are telling me are truly symptoms - which is the body's way of communicating that something is amiss...and usually the cause is related to an ingredient(s) uptake.
