As an Asian in America I learned she is consuming a lot of tofu - an unfermented soy product. Soy, even organic, is high in glutamates. She had a neurological issue with her right hand as well...which is an indication of MSG, excitotoxins or glutamate intake. Like many, she fell victim to THE GREAT SOY DECEPTION, and the marketing ploy touting soy as a health food. It is not. As many think ahead to a healthier new year and maybe getting back into the swing of juicing and smoothies here is a question for you. Is soy protien isolate in your smoothie?
