It is also highly recommended that every home have a water distiller as it is the most pure form of water available. Distilled water is also most excellent at binding and helping to draw toxins out of the body. It is so easy to add minerals back in, and much more difficult to excrete toxins taken in from non-purified water. That said, I want to point out that distilled water removes INORGANIC minerals, and not organic. Inorganic may be referred to as minerals added to our foods that are most often synthetic in origin. We utilize a Megahome stainless steel tank distiller that comes with a one gallon glass receptacle, and purchased from Amazon.com, although you may find it elsewhere. It is important to ensure that your water does not touch plastic. If you live in a municipality you are most likely being poisoned with chloride and fluoride, unless you are already filtering your water. Both "-ides" mess with your iodide levels, as they utilize the same receptors as iodine/iodide. Thyroid imbalances soared once these chemicals were introduced into our water supplies. |

Every home should have two forms of water filtration. One that uses electricty and one that can operate without. Prior to purchasing a countertop distiller, we used a system similar to a Berkey - ProOne. For all the WP pathogens being "showered" upon us and our waterways - distillation is the ONLY way to be assured of pure water.
