We believe dis-ease is caused by:

In Learning from Life's Experiences

Our greatest dreams, the best-laid plans, can all be quickly shifted through major life events. We cannot control everything that happens to us, but we do have control over our health in large part by the lifestyle we choose. Genetics account for only 7-8% of dis-ease, but even then we have control. Think of a light switch - you flip it on to make a connection to engage light, you flip the switch down to snuff out the light.

Genes are no different. You either fuel your body with poisons to engage those quiet genes into mutations, or you fuel your body with life-giving oxygen and good fuel to promote apoptosis, or programmed cell death. Apoptosis is the body's intricately designed means for utilizing a cell for its purpose and then eliminating it. ...In The Healing Properties of Plants

Since Biblical times plants were used for healing. The Ancients, the Native Americans used plants for healing. America was settled with families transporting their healing tinctures and extracts with them. Doctors settling in the Colonies learned the use of native plants from the Americans who were here first.
Natural ingredients cannot be patented, therefore there are not great profits to be had. Once it was learned how to make synthesized versions of plants to mimic their healing properties, Western medicine dawned... no more needs to be said here on that subject.

There are those with the haves and those with the have-nots, but most assuredly some of the happiest people in the world are those in 6th world countries who live without. Have you ever been on a mission trip?

Happiness does not come from the outside. but rather what is inside. It comes from gratitude, and counting one's blessings. And JOY...well, complete joy comes when we are reunited with our Creator and Lord. Shimniok was blessed beyond measure to overhear the conversation her husband Jesse had with his Lord the day God came to take him Home to his eternal resting place. That is a hope we can all cling to...knowing that no matter how tough this world gets, a better place awaits. It is important to remember this now more than ever.

Meanwhile, enjoy the little things. For Shimniok, it's a beautiful bird visiting the feeders, planting flowers in the spring, a game of cribbage on the patio, picking fresh herbs and vegetables, the making of a delicious meal together, laughter with family and friends.

Happiness comes more readily when shutting off the news, staying away from social media...and spending time in quiet reflection. Media outlets generate fear and anxiety, which is fuel for Satan and his demons. Instead, listen to healing Solfeggio frequency music while reading God's Word, or writing down the latest divine inspiration. Maybe it's a poem, a journal entry, or a rare hand-written note to a loved one...but it arrives when you allow room for peace and grace in your heart.
