Chocolate Mocha Delish Breakfast Smoothie
This smoothie was actually created by Crossroads Coffeehouse in Cross Plains, WI. Even though I had been making my own smoothies for years, there was something about this smoothie that was extra delish! If you stop by and want to relish a coffee drink that is gluten and dairy free, and good for you - ask for Mary's special Chocolate Protein Mocha Delish shake!
Make your own for breakfast!
1/2 c. Silk Almond Milk
2 scoops of AB Essentials Chocolate Protein
1 T. almond butter
1 banana
1 shot of espresso or 1/2 c. cold brew coffee
Additional water if using a shot of expresso - total liquid should approximate 12-16 oz
(For complete meal replacement you will want to add 1/2 scoop of AB fiber bosot in order to feel fuller longer.)
At Home Tip: Brew ORGANIC coffee and freeze cooled coffee in ice cube trays. When blending a smoothie using a blender - add in 4 coffee cubes, use 1/2 c. almond milk and 10-12 oz. of water for liquids.
