Chocolate Wild Plant Smoothie
The benefits of wild plant edibles power pack this smoothie with extra nutrients.Using a vegan and soy free protein powder (yellow pea, brown rice and cranberry proteins) as a base, the plant combination provides flavors that mimic the tantalizing combination of chocolate and lavendar, even though no lavendar is used.

1 c. Zico coconut water or filtered water
2 scoops of vegan, soy free *Chocolate Protein
1/2 to 1 scoop our recommended * fiber boost
1/2 scoop whole food *super green/full spectrum powder
2 T. coconut milk from the can
2 sprigs cleaver weed aerials, approx. 7-9 inches long
4 sprigs creeping Charlie weed, 3-4 inches long)
2-3 dandelion leaves
6-8 leaves Wood Violet, flowers and buds okay
4 sprigs of Chocolate Mint, or other mint herb (optional)
Ice
Add additional liquid if less thickness is desired. Blend well and enjoy!
