What Is A Private Membership Association...and Why?

The world is changing. Many holistic practitioners are choosing Private Membership Associations under which to umbrella their services.  When I noticed that many of my fellow practitioner friends were doing this for 2022, I decided it was time to jump on board. Purely Living offers its services and educational information on this website to members of the High Vibration Life Club Ministry, as a branch of such PMA. We are Christian based, acknowledging the trinity of YHWH, Yeshua and Ruach HaKodesh. We serve all of God's people, no matter race or religion, as His love is for all of humanity.

Currently annual membership is $20 per household.  As you land on pages you may realize you need membership access as the information is password protected. Approved members receive the password for access to the articles on lifestyle wellness - more specific concerns such as Lyme Disease, cancers, hormone imbalance, heart conditions and more.  Herbal education. Why might I consider becoming a member of the High Vibration Life Ministry PMA? Previously, clients served waivers/disclaimers before receiving services from Purely Living Wellness, acknowledging that we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any dis-ease. The PMA is similar in wording, and provides constitutional protection rights as well. It replaces the previously required disclaimer/waiver form - acknowledging that all members may assist or help one another in a loving environment and with good intention.

Membership places us together under the protection of the 1st and 14th amendments to the Constitution to conduct our business in the full protection of privacy. In order to understand privacy let us examine the opposite: the public arena. Regular medical labs, insurance companies, hospitals and most doctors and practitioners are doing business in the PUBLIC arena. There is nothing wrong with this. However federal, state, up county and local governments will regulate what is done, how it is done and they will have the right to all your health information in whatever form it is in (known as HIPPA). The doctors will have to follow their guidelines for ordering and doing tests or suffer penalties and fines.

In a PRIVATE situation you and Purely Living Wellness/Rita Shimniok are legally removing ourselves from the public sector. The results of bio-energetic scans are legally kept private, and no government entity or third party can request results from your scans unless you give permission to do so. The exception would be your doctor or practitioner, of whom you have directed Purely Living to share your test results with.

How do I become a member of the High Vibration Life Ministry PMA? Simply, you read and sign the membership application agreement (found on our home page) and provide the membership fee. Your name is recorded in our membership log.  Members will receive a password which will give them access to the vast amount of information available on this website.

Who may become a member? Individuals 18 years of age or older may sign up for themselves. Those younger than 18, or those under the care of a parent or guardian will need the parent or guardian to sign for them. The application accommodates family members, and does not discriminate in regards to race or religious affiliation.

What services are included in the PMA? The PMA allows one access to the services offered to members. However, there are required donations for our services which include certified Qest4 BioEnergetic Testing, Aleph Tav Body Coherent Restore, Lifestyle Consultations (15 minute free consult to see if Purely Living is a fit for you), all of which can be done remotely. On a limited basis in-person sessions may be experienced our lovely therapy room, which may include BioMat sessions, vibration and sound therapy.

If after reading the membership agreement I decide not to sign it and become a member, will I still be able to obtain bio-energetic scans, and other services offered by Purely Living Wellness? This will not be possible. Any fees you have paid in advance will be refunded.
