Classes on Herbs & More!
Due to popular demand Rita Shimniok will provide in-person classes to a small number of participants. Dates are to be determined and will be offered first to those who are members of the High Vibration Life Club Private Membership Association.
As an option, you are welcome to gather friends together and Rita will travel to your home (within 50 miles) for the presentation. Each class is on average, two hours. Fee is $40 which includes the $5 basic PMA membership fee. Please subtract $5 if you are already a member. $20 down payment, non-refundable, secures your seat for the class.
The most often requested classes will be on the following subjects:
-Top Ten Herbs for the Home Apothecary - Spring Dates suggested
-Foraging Your Yard - best to have in late May or June
-How to Make Herbal Tinctures - summer months
-Perennials that Offer Beauty, Edibility and Healing
-Tapping Into Your Energy - Learning to Dowse (an energetic form of muscle testing)
-Introduction to Sound Therapy. Involves tuning forks and a meditation journey. Best if your guests can sit in a circular pattern.
If you would like to book Rita for a class that you would like to host - the organizer will have class fee waived.
A minimum of 4 guests are required to substantiate travel time. It is recommended that your class size be limited to 8 people to make the experience more personal.

- Raised Bed Gardening using Hugelkultur. Hugelkultur is a method of building raised beds so that the soil and plants are self-fed by the bottom layer of foraged matter. If you have interest and would like to host a class, let's discuss. When we installed our raised beds the process was photographed, and a PowerPoint presentation can be made to illustrate the process.
To accommodate visuals that classes may have we need an HDMI port on your television. HVH brings a 6 foot cable for hook up. We may ask for use of a laptop to place our memory USB into.
