A bit of interesting trivia - "a banana a day can help keep colon cancer away" - yep! According to Dr. Antonio Jimenez, M.D. at the Hope 4 Cancer Clinic in Baja, CA - the brilliant MD stated that a brown spotted banana a day could help reduce colon cancer risk by 40%! This was reported in an interview with Jean Swann on Dec. 7, 2015 in The Cancer Answers Summit.
