During Covid, frontline doctors were telling you to amp up your intake of Vitamin C - ascorbic acid,  vitamin D, both synthetic - as well as increase  your zinc. These supplements create an imbalance in the body - especially essential copper.
Everyone loved Dr. Zelenko. He was a courageous medical doctor speaking out about the bio-weapon of the shots. However, he died of cancer. Why? He was using synthetic supplements likely played a role. His famous Z-pack, still touted by truther channels today, is a synthetic, chemical conglomeration that is acidic to the body.

The following "stops" are taken from Morley Robbins' Root Cause Protocol, from the book, "Cu-re Your Fatigue".
TO STOP:
All synthetic supplements! – Chemically looks the same but analyzing with biophysics they are not the same.
This list is a summary from Morley Robbins book, chapter 7. Although all STOPS are listed, the descriptions, what fors and whys are brief, and the book "Cu-re Your Fatigue" offers much greater details, cites the scientific articles and studies. We highly recommend this life-changing book.
  • Iron Supplements - the foundation for oxidative stress. Iron is recommended based on false testing. Anemia is not lack of iron, it is misplaced iron at the cellular level.
    • Three iron markers: hemoglobin, serum iron, serum ferritin.  Hemoglobin comprises about 75% of the body's iron stores and is often overlooked or misinterpreted.
    • Unbound iron contributes to calcium loss from hard tissue, such as the bones
    • Secondly, or physiology was never intended to have supplemental iron. Our bodies are designed to recycle iron. Babies get 95% of their iron from their mothers before birth, and from then on copper is supposed to be regulating the iron we are born with.
  • Vitamin C – synthesized Ascorbic acid, citrate and citric acid.  Replace with whole food C foods such as amla berry, camu camu,
    • The Linus Pauling Vit. C research was paid for by none other than the Rockefellers, the pioneers of synthetic medicine.
    • Breaks down copper-carrying protein ceruloplasmin.
  • Vitamin D - Cholecalciferol,  Vitamin D (replace with cod liver oil)
    • Taking D long term will lower your magnesium levels, not to mention forces calcium out of the teeth and bones, and into the soft tissues. Hello osteoporosis and kidney stones.
    • If your levels are low, then it's likely one or a few things are happening: 1) your doc is only checking one form of D - 25-hydroxy Vitamin D [25(OH)D].  This is stored D and what I had always been taught - wrongly.
    • They are not looking at [1,25(OH)2D3; which provides all the heavy lifting for the immune system;
    • or you don't have the proper co-factors to get D into the cells (magnesium + boron + K2); 3),
    • or you have inflammation going on in the body that needs to be addressed, and adding more D is not the answer.
  • Vitamin B - Synthetic B vitamins – denatured and made from coal tar, not what you would find in nature
  • Calcium supplements - this was not a new revelation. Calcium supplements are rarely broken down. In fact, if you were to visit waste water treatment plants you  would see plenty of completely intact calcium supplements.
    • Bone loss is not caused by calcium deficiency, but by excess, unbound iron in the body.
    • Calcium carbonate is toxic to the bone building process
  • Zinc –  Replace with copper – key for immune system. Zinc is readily available through food (meat, shellfish, legumes, pumpkin seeds) and is not recommended as a supplement.
  • Molybendum - rarely is anyone deficient. It breaks down proteins, including the essential copper-carrying protein - ceruloplasmin.
  • Multi vitamins, Multi Minerals and Prenatal Vitamins- all are produced from a chemical, synthesized mixture containing iron
  • High fructose corn syrup and synthetic sweeteners, aka Truvia, aspartame which block copper absorption
  • Fluoride Toothpaste, tap water, etc.
    • Most reactive element on the planet and when combined with oxygen, the 2nd most reactive element on the planet - the combination is a recipe for oxidative stress.
  • Colloidal Silver as Antibiotic/Antimicrobial - don't shoot the messenger!
    • Silver sits underneath copper on the periodical table, therefore silver displaces the element above, copper. Once displaced from the body you have lost the ability to activate oxygen, and deactivate oxidants.
    • Nano-silver, by a quirk of nature, does not have the same displacement effect.
  • STOP EATING low fat, high carbohydrate, processed and refined foods. This may seem like the most obvious was saved for last...and it was.
