Making Tea with Fresh Herbs
Choose your herbs. We may recommend herbs to you, that could be in your own backyard, as a follow up to your bio-energetic scan.
Coarsely chop the greens - approximiately 1/2 to 1 cup of each. Wash dirt off your freshly dug roots and chop into half-inch pieces or so- use approximately 4-6 inches of root. The more plants and herbs you use the more potent your tea will be. Add to a pot with several inches of water - about 6 cups of water. Allow to simmer on medium heat about 30-45 minutes.

Turn off the burner and push the pot to the rear of the stovetop, cover with a lid and allow to sit and steep overnight. In the morning strain the plant material and pour your tea concentrate into a quart jar. Drink 1-2 cups a day. Refrigerate leftover. Dilute if desired - fresh squeezed lemon will improve the flavor - which will vary depending upon the herbs used.
You may add a bit of organic, unsweetened juice concentrate, such as pomegranate or tart cherry juice to flavor your tea as desired.
