In a few days I will be participating in my first ever 10 Day GreenTox. I cannot take credit for writing the outline, but I was super stoked when I learned of it. The official GreenTox starts on November 14 - but on Nov. 9 we are asking those who are committed to start cleaning up their diet.
How is this program different from our 30 days to Healthy Living you may ask? Well, for one - it involves 1/3 of the days - and is therefore a good introduction for someone who has never participated in a more lengthy program.
What will the GreenTox do for you? It will supercharge your immune system for the upcoming holiday season. Also, more liquids are involved than in a typical healthy living cleanse - which will help your entire GI tract to cleanse and rebalance itself because it won't be working so hard. There will be three days where, for those who are medically capable, we will be consuming liquids - protein shakes for meals (which are low glycemic vegan protein that is 98% absorbable) to truly help your system recover.
Why is this important? From my experience as a alternative cancer treatment researcher, lifestyle educator and Certified Meridian Stress Assessment Technician - the majority of people who have disease or sickness have a compromised GI tract. It may have begun with a round of antibiotics that killed off not only the bad, but the good gut flora. It may not even be disease - persistent psoriasis and eczema are both often signs of unhealthy balance of good and bad flora...aka candida albicans and parasites are more abundant than what your immune system can handle. By the way, Lyme pathogens show up on more MSA scans for people who have gut issues, joint pain chalked up to arthritis, headache sufferers, than not...in fact, so far the Qest4 is batting 100% at picking up Lyme pathogen. I have learned from my MD/ND source who has a PhD in parasites that from November through January the magnetic pull on the earth during the Full Moon cycle will be more strong than it has been in quite some time. What will this mean? Greater parasitic activity. Parasites, such as Lyme spirochetes, that have burrowed into tissue and have been dormant will likely become active in the hosts system again ...it does not matter if the being is human or animal.
