Soon, on September 18, I will be celebrating wellness and the journey to being well with an amazing group of women at Black Women's Wellness Day. I love this event - everyone is focused on wanting to make changes towards better health.
I dropped of this gift basket at the Urban League for BWWD event this past Friday. Loaded with Essentials nutrition products from my favorite wellness company. Attendees will have the chance to win this prize basket and a month of consultations and meal support from yours truly.
The gift basket includes a copy of a wonderful book - African American Healthy.
BTW - there are some amazing skin pampering products in the gift basket as well - free of petrochemicals, parabens and all those nasty endocrine disruptors. I hope to see many of you at Black Women's Wellness Day - Madison, WI on September 19 at the Alliant Energy Center.
