After I stopped at Gunderson Funeral Home to bring the remains of my sweetheart home - which was and is more emotional than I thought it would be. Surprised at the weight of an urn. I love having his ashes home with me, I am not sure why that is. There is a sense of reconnection.
Arriving home I see that the Cross Plains angels - Phil Fish, Bob Nelson, friends from our former St. Martin's Lutheran Church, and Cross Plains Lions Club members had been working on the front deck some more. And my friend Craig Wineland had installed the painted TEAL front door (I LOVE IT!).
Then it was time to change for the Susan Kitts Nation Celebration - where we heard from our Arbonne CEO Kay Napier, and ENVP Tracey Gatchel (love that Brit accent!), ENVP Beth Malcook and NVP Susan Kitts.
The question that resonated with me several years ago still rings true today.... If you keep doing what you are doing every day for the next 5 years, where will you be? Maybe you are ok with that - but these women were not. These women made the decision to step outside the box and live an extraordinary life.
I also was not ok waking up each day and living life according to someone else's terms. I knew that there had to be more to life and I am gratefuly to my friend Brenda for introducing me to the company, but even more so - the most selfless culture of people I have ever met. I am so worth to live a life extraordinary!
Later, I along with other managers of the Kitts Nation, were treated to dinner at Cento. I had never been treated to a multi course dinner before of such extravagance. Arbonne is definitely a lifestyle for those who enjoy being a little spoiled by pleasures now and then. The Arbonne vision was even more substantiated as I sat across from Tracey and Kay at the dinner table. I love that Kay asked me to cc her on my nutrition product suggestions to Dr. Peter - we have a company that really listens to us.
Arriving home my daughter is waiting up and we had a fun talk about our evenings. She is so bright and beautiful and I cannot wait to show her the power of a woman on purpose.
Today I am already blessed knowing that I will be spending it with my Arbonne family at a life changing retreat with Kristy Jones Black, Nate Knoke,Todd N Catherine Heller. God is so very good and I adore all that He is doing in my life.
As I celebrated with Susan Kitts last night I felt Jesse smiling down and rejoicing with the success of the people in the room. Susan's kind spirit matches his and he is SO VERY PROUD of and grateful that Susan and my upline sponsors have showed me that I could be who God created me to be through personal growth.
To all of you -life is short. Live an extraordinary life - you deserve it and God calls us to do so,
Rita
