A hot weekend ahead in Madison, Wisconsin - you may as well spend it indoors learning how to enjoy optimal health at Matrix Business Solutions at 6302 Odana Rd.(across from St. Vincent DePaul) for the Taste of Healing Wellness Summit.
The summit begins Saturday at 10 a.m. and continues through Sunday. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
Yours truly will be presenting a short talk at 3 pm and 3:30 pm about the importance of Anti Inflammatory & Alkaline Lifestyles - The Reset Button Towards Health. Presentations are being offered throughout the day and a part of the $20 event price.
As well, I will be offering healing sessions on both the Richway Amethyst BioMat and the Wellness Pro Plus bio-electro therapy to help reduce pain, anxiety, relieve tension and stress. A new tool in my bucket, is vibrational massage therapy, which was used on my husband with late stage cancer in bones, and helped to nearly eliminate his pain. Healing sessions, of which there are number of practitioners providing treatments, are only $10.
Paleo Mama will be offering delicious healthy treats. YUM! The Weston Price Foundation will be offering free information and books. The energy is GOOD and healing. The people fabulous. So come on by and check it out!
