In the past six months I have found that I listen to news podcasts less - yes, even truther news. Rather than focus my concerns on that which is not of my control, what I can focus on is the Word. It is my Creator's Word that brings peace to my heart, and takes away the burdens of the day. The stresses... Psalm 119 is a wonderful scripture in it's entirety. Below are several verses of comfort when one is feeling worn.
My soul clings to the dust;
Revive me according to Your word. I have declared my ways, and You answered me;
Teach me Your statutes. Make me understand the way of Your precepts;
So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works. My soul melts from heaviness;
Strengthen me according to Your word. Remove from me the way of lying,
And grant me Your law graciously. I have chosen the way of truth;
Your judgments I have laid before me. I cling to Your testimonies;
O Lord, do not put me to shame! I will run the course of Your commandments,
For You shall enlarge my heart. - Psalm 119:25-32 NKJV
In YAH alone do I trust. I was delighted yesterday, when this recording of God's Healing Scriptures popped into my YT feed, right after another I listened to on Who I Am in Christ while having a BioMat session.
I listened this morning during my BioMat
Chi machine session (I am focused on self-healing from a fall). Continuing to listen while on my Lifepro vibration platform while doing deep breathing exercises (aka raising my arms in praise and breath "yah" hold - lowering in exhaled breath forming "weh" from my breath).
And then, during my shower - I allowed the words WASH OVER ME.
It was truly spirit lifting and transformational.
