For those who have had a Qest4 initial comprehensive scan package, I want to be sure to share how you can save on subsequent scans. Now that you have experienced the detail I provide in my reports - how many of you are overwhelmed by it all?

I have clients who are all about the details -they read, they research - they want details and more details.  They want my detailed report notes, which takes me quite a bit of time to prepare after your appointment. Rescans with detailed reports are $200.

However, I certainly have a group of members who find the information to be too much. For this group - I am happy to reduce the amount of information I provide. For a $150 rescan fee, I provide the Qest4 generated baseline summary that shares which organs and glands are out of balance. Of course you receive your rebalancing remedy of energetic imprinted drops. Under our services tab, when you review Qest4 Appointment menu, scroll down to item #4. This is our economy scan and it still provides the scans found in the comprehensive package.  If you are wanting specific, add-on scans - such as Brain Health or Heart Support - the add-on cost remains at $10 per specialty scan.

With the economy rescan I still provide a list of supplements that the Qest4 highly recommends - and instruct you on what to continue from your previous scan. I would rather you spend less on scan details and direct the savings towards the supplements that your body is asking for. If this is your preference for your rescan, please let me know prior to your appointment.

This blog has almost always focused on wellness - whether it is addressing physical, emotional or spiritual health and well-being.

In the past six months I have found that I listen to news podcasts less - yes, even truther news. Rather than focus my concerns on that which is not of my control, what I can focus on is the Word. It is my Creator's Word that brings peace to my heart, and takes away the burdens of the day. The stresses...  Psalm 119 is a wonderful scripture in it's entirety. Below are several verses of comfort when one is feeling worn.

The image highlights the ingredients that are obviously chemically sourced to me. The others I would need to take time to look up, but suffice to say there is very little about Centrum Silver that bears it any merit as a sound choice in vitamin and mineral supplementation. Several Centrum products even contain Sodium Aluminum Silicate, and as many of you may already be aware, aluminum is one of the catalysts known to promote Alzheimer’s.
 
First, I want to point out that few need a calcium supplement, and calcium supplements are some of the least absorbed supplements known to mankind. Civil engineers report finding large numbers of completely undigested calcium supplements when they descend beyond the manhole to the under-works of a city’s treatment plant. If you want strong bones – eat steamed broccoli! If you are concerned about brittle bones - you may have a hormone deficiency of progesterone, or perhaps you are in need of boron and copper.
 
BHT, as another example, is a chemical used as an anti-oxidant in processed foods. In some mouse and rat studies, BHT appeared to trigger cancer in the fore-stomach, an organ that humans don’t have. Although humans may not have this organ, we do have organs susceptible to cancer.  The FDA approves the use of BHT stating that not enough of this preservative is in processed food to cause harm, however, these studies never address the ACCUMULATION of chemicals in our bodies.
In 2015 General Mills ceased the addition of BHT in their breakfast cereals due to consumer pressure.
 
Chemicals are foreign substances – they create chaos as the body does not recognize the molecular structure and therefore, they are not properly dealt with. These chemical cess pools from our processed foods and chemically derived supplements continue to add up in the body. They are inexpensive to use in  manufacturing, and offer a more stable shelf life than a whole food supplement would have.

Most  mass-market vitamins use what called cyanocobalamin as a form of B12. Most consumers do not realize that cyanocobalamin, which is very cheap, is found in a wide array of vitamins and processed foods as a synthetic additive. It is made via total chemical synthesis. One source states it is made from coal tar, while another reports it is derived from mammalian tissue, or recovered from activated sewage sludge! Can it get any grosser than that?!
If you are in need of Vitamin B – methylcobalamin is a natural form of B12 that is more readily absorbed.
 
The energy drink known as Celsius Energy, if you read the label, may come across as “healthy”. After all, you can see the words guarana seed extract, green tea, and ginger – sounds healthy, right? However, it contains four times the amount of cyanide beyond what is considered “safe”, and one of the reasons so many young people will collapse after drinking several to stay awake on road trips for spring break.
 
Ascorbic acid depletes essential copper, of which chelated copper bisglycinate is the preferred form for absorption.
 
Folic acid is not the same as folate, the latter of which is an essential mineral, especially for women who are pregnant. Folic acid, on the other hand, is toxic to the unborn fetus.  The same is true for selenium, of which the chemical form is selenite.
 
Synthetic vitamins, in my opinion, are doing great harm to a majority of an unaware population. What is your body really asking for? What are your true vitamin and mineral deficiencies?

I praised my children when they were young, it reinforced good behavior.
Of course when they did something that put them in danger, I did not praise them, but made eye to eye contact, and had a serious discussion about why their actions put them in danger.

Today on this website I posted an depth reflection on praise. Who and when do you praise? Only in the good times, or do you praise God in the storm? I shared about one of the most painful times in my life, but despite how I was feeling, God was with me. I felt His presence. I praised Him. He walks beside me.

Soon, on April 8, the moon will cover the sun. According to experts of Biblical history - a solar eclipse is a time when judgement is ruled over a nation, whereas a lunar eclipse is a judgement over the land of Israel. Only YHWH, Creator of heaven and earth, controls the moon and the sun. Is He trying to get our attention? Is He wanting to have a serious discussion with us, as citizens of the United States, about our behavior, or actions...our falling away from Him, which we have most certainly done.

Does the mere thought of God wanting to get your attention deliver to your soul a sense of fear, or one of joy and excitement?

Who controls the moon and the sun? Certainly not man, although I have no doubt the elite would like to be able to. To those that follow Satan…well, even the Prince of Darkness cannot control the sun and the  moon.

How much better for all of mankind to give praise to the One and the Only, the Father of the universe, the heavens, oceans, and Creator of each and every human being...whether you know Him or not. He created YOU.

Do you know the most powerful force in the entire universe? God. For He alone is worthy of our praise. I praise Him, along with the sun, moon, oceans and heavens.

There is a lot of speculation about this eclipse. I agree that it will be Biblical - for the very fact that God is in control of it. Will it usher in the Lord's return? No one knows. Matthew 24:42 instructs us, “…stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming”.

What I do know, is that on the day that Jesus returns to earth with His Heavenly Army, I will fall down and praise Him. Not only will it be good for my soul, it will be essential in receiving the gift of everlasting life!

Do you know the difference between Vitamin C and Ascorbic Acid?
In 2023 I learned the supplements I had been using for years were not serving me as I had been taught. I learned that the Linus Pauling research touted in the Truth About Cancer summits was funded by the Rockefeller's. When I learned this, it lost all credibility in my mind.   Yet, that research continues to be touted by many holistic practitioners... but documented in Morley Robbin's books.
 
All Vitamin C is NOT THE SAME.
 
Synthetic Vitamin C depletes copper in the body, and copper is essential for many, many functions of the body.  Because of the importance of Copper, I cannot help but wonder if there is a nefarious underlying to the big push for use of ascorbic acid.

Often times a supplement will be marketed as Vitamin C, but then when you read the label it’s actually Ascorbic Acid, and they are different! When I questioned a company about the use of ascorbic acid vs a whole food C –     I am told that in order to list the amount of C on the label only ascorbic acid is regulated by the FDA.  However, when I look on the label of newly formulated Azure Well Whole Food C there is a measurement listed as: Vitamin C (from Vitamin C Fractions Extracted from Amla) 135 mg.
 
It is duly noted that this amount may be less than what you might see on a container of ascorbic acid, however, with whole food C you are getting the complete package, and therefore it is more potent. I used to use the Nutribiotic brand, or Liposomal C recommended in TTAC talks - but not anymore! I've tossed them.

Whole food supplement vitamin C is derived from real fruits and vegetables, which provide a broader spectrum of nutrients beyond ascorbic acid on its own. This includes bioflavonoids, phytonutrients, and other compounds that work synergistically to provide benefits and support your health.

Ascorbic acid, in contrast, is a synthetic form of vitamin C, containing only the isolated ascorbic acid molecule extracted in a lab. While it can provide some benefits of vitamin C, it lacks the diverse array of nutrients found in whole food sources, such as amla and camu camu berries, which contain a greater amount of Vitamin C benefits than oranges or grapefruit!  Did you know that making tea from White Pine needles  is also a good source of Vitamin C? Any synthetic product is going to offer a less holistic nutritional approach. The body also responds less favorably to synthetic supplements. If you have ever taken large amounts of ascorbic acid when you have been sick – you may have also spent quite a bit of time in the bathroom.
 
At Purely Living we no longer recommend ascorbic acid. There is a lot of truth to becoming more wise as we age – especially if you are wired for ongoing research and learning as I am. Now, does that mean I am tossing every supplement that has ascorbic acid on the label? Let me be clear, I am not. If there is a minute amount of ascorbic acid in a product that has served you well, don’t toss it. But you might prayerfully consider whether or not to repurchase when whole food options are available.

Choosing whole food supplement vitamin C will undoubtedly offer a more comprehensive and natural way to support your well-being.  I will be honest; I tried Camu Camu and Amla Berry powders. I was surprised, as a berry, that they are bitter in flavor. I utilize these powders in my smoothies for tolerance. I am finding the Whole Food capsule supplement from Azure Well to be much easier. For those with adrenal fatigue, I recommend the Adrenal Food from Azure, which is higher in whole food C, as well as thyroid supporting potassium and trace minerals.

It is my hope you now have a better understanding of whole food vs. synthetic Vitamin C.

Moments ago I just sent a letter off to a well-known podcaster. A truther whom I have followed for years. One of which has organized a cruise this coming August, and my best friend and I have are tickets to "get on board!"  In today's podcast he shared that his team is putting together a "one stop shop" list of supplements for people to take to improve their health.  "Oh no!" was my first thought. "Not more synthetic, crappy supplements that do more harm than good!" I don't know what they are working on, but I felt an urgent need to intervene, if possible.

I've already had issue with any protocol to repair damage from the p0ke if it does not include prayer to address the SIT that is a part of depop plan.  An effective protocol includes laser/light with frequency imprinted vials, magnet therapy and sound therapy, and a few supplements. Prayer is KEY!!

This is what I wrote to my favorite veteran influencer:
I heard in today's podcast (1-10-24) that you are working on a list for quality supplements.  SO MUCH of what all the pod casters are promoting are SYNTHETIC - and synthetic supplements such as ascorbic acid, cholecalciferol Vit D, NAC and more, deplete one of the most essential mineral sin our body - COPPER.  It is driving me nuts and I pray your show is not going down the same path.

It is the most important holistic living research article I have compiled to date. I believe it can change lives for many of the diseases known today, including diabetes, arthritis, dementia/cognitive dysfunction, auto-immune, cancer and more.   20% of ALL of the top causes of death have a root cause of copper deficiency. 

Dr. Zelenko, a front line doctor whom we all loved, died of cancer. Why? Might it have something to do with his Z-pack being full of synthetic supplements! He was still an MD and all natural, whole food is a foreign idea to most big pharma trained physicians. I am willing to bet he was copper deficient and toxic in stored up, displaced iron at the cellular level.

Glyphosate depletes copper - an intentional introduction to our crops? I suspect so. At the same time GMO was introduced our foods/grains (breads/cereals) were fortified with iron. Copper transports iron to where it needs to go in the body - without copper iron becomes displaced and "rusts" - aka oxidative stress.  Parasites feed on rusting iron. A waste product of parasites is fungus such as candida. It is a vicious cycle - and no surprise, another attack on the population to generate big time bucks for Big Pharma.

We have been taught that oxidative stress is lack of oxygen to the cells, but the fact is that copper is essential for the process of cellular respiration. Were we informed, through this research, that the cells cannot absorb oxygen without copper? No we were not! Otto Warburg’s research, quoted by 1000s of holistic healers, for which he won a Nobel prize, is only a part of the equation.
    Hypoxia is low copper.
    Oxidative stress is HIGH iron.

 Did you know that in the 1880s anemia was treated with good ol' COD LIVER OIL and COPPER? There is no such thing as being low on iron - people have displaced iron. It is truly copper deficiency.

IP6 with inositol is the ONLY supplement known to effectively remove displaced iron that is stored up in the cells. Whatever you are about to promote I pray it is WHOLE FOOD sourced products without fillers. - I pray it includes IP6 with inositol.

 I know you don't have time to search for other than news, but rest assured I have researched IP6 and people's testimonies extensively. The other day I was providing testing for a dog who has severe arthritic conditions and researched IP6 for dogs...there is a lot of information about the health of a dogs turning around with this product. From a veterinarian source it is expensive - and the Azure Well product line, for which I patiently waited for in most of 2023, costs less. Especially with my practitioner code for savings.

I am just getting started on a new protocol in 2024 using Azure Well products, including IP6 Supreme and Core Copper, and Trace Ionic Boron (as so many are deficient in the scans I provide).  Copper and Boron are two of the most effective minerals in countering radiation. (Being military, perhaps you were issued boron capsules as a soldier as my son was - in case of radiation exposure).

If we truly want to help the world and the population get healthier we need to reverse what the cabal orchestrated depletion of copper and addition of iron to our food supply has done to our bodies.  It is my hope that the ingredients in the products you are about to partner with, do not deplete essential copper from the body.
